Warranty Service Instructions
- If you have any difficulty, send your inverter to the address listed below or to the nearest authorized Exeltech dealer. Equipment must be sent prepaid with a copy of the dated purchase receipt, preferably without any accessories. Include a brief explanation of the difficulty you have experienced, with the address & phone number where you would like the inverter returned, Prior authorization is required. Please contact our Service Department at 800-886-4683 for your RMA number.
- In order to qualify for warranty service, units returned for service must include proof of purchase (i.e. copy of dated invoice).
- Include accessories (wiring, plugs, mounting brackets) only if your specific situation indicates an accessory related difficulty. Exeltech Service Center shall assume no liability for the loss of safe return of any accessory items. Itemize these accessories on the note of explanation
- If required repairs or services are not within the terms of the warranty; or if you have failed to return the warranty card within ten days; or if you fail to provide acceptable evidence of the date of purchase; service, parts and return freight may be charged.
